2. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Clients may book services online or by phone.
- Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance
- No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the appointment and/or applicable fees
- We reserve the right to modify or refuse service at our discretion
3. Payments
Payments are due at the time of service unless prepaid. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments.
Subscription or membership services (if offered) are billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled with written notice [Insert cancellation period, e.g., 7 days].
